Mbappe tells Monaco what it'll take


Kylian Mbappe has named his price to stay at Monaco for next season, as L'Equipe report. Firstly, he requires a huge pay boost from 1.2 million euros per year to 8.5m euros. Also, he wants the club to stem the tide of players leaving the principality. Bernardo Silva has already moved on and Tiemoue Bakayoko looks set to join him along with Fabinho.

Eastbourne: Petra Kvitova opts out of tournament with abdominal injury

Two-time Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova has pulled out of Eastbourne with an abdominal injury. The Czech won the Aegon Classic in Birmingham on Sunday, her second tournament since she was stabbed by an intruder at her home in December. Victory moved the 27-year-old, who returned to action in May, up to 12th in the world rankings. Kvitova is one of the favourites for Wimbledon, where she won the title in 2011 and 2014. CONFUSION OVER DONNARUMMA

There was more confusion about Gianluigi Donnarumma ’s situation at AC Milan on Sunday. After previous indications the goalkeeper would not be negotiating a contract extension, he deleted his Instagram account after a posting which read: "I wish to reiterate my absolute love for Milan and its fans. “Now all that's in my mind is the national team, with whom I hope to give a gift to all the supporters. "My promise is that, as soon as the Euros are finished, I will meet the club along with my family and my agent to discuss my renewal." Donnarumma later said on Twitter that his Instagram account had been hacked, and he responded to talk of a split with his agent Mino Raiola by tweeting: "#Donnarumma #Raiola Yesterday, today and tomorrow!"
